Through high-quality, diverse and innovative programs, Achēv provides support to all job seekers and community members tailored to their individual needs.

All of Achēv’s free employment services are delivered through seven convenient employment centres across Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, North York, and Richmond Hill. Virtual employment services are also available through interactive video conferencing, webinars and e-learning modules.

If you are an immigrant with a professional background and at least two years of international experience, TRIEC Mentoring Partnership can help you reconnect with your career.

Employment Pathways in Canada – Health Careers (EPIC-HC)

Employment Pathways in Canada – Health Careers is an online training and employment guidance program that supports the accreditation and employment of internationally educated healthcare professionals (Nurses, Pharmacists, Lab Technicians).

Healthcare Integration and Career Advancement (HICAP)

Healthcare Integration and Career Advancement Program (HICAP) is a 26-week program that combines online academic training from Toronto Metropolitan University with employment support from Achēv, helping internationally educated professionals transition into non-licensed healthcare administration roles.

Project Management In Construction Program (PMCP)

The PMCP is a tuition-FREE program in partnership with Humber Polytechnic. It helps Internationally Trained Professionals in construction secure employment in Canada by boosting their skills and connections.

Employability Skills For Youth (ES4Y)

This program will allow you to earn an income while gaining valuable skills that enhance your employability within 15-weeks.

EVolveSkills

EVolveSkills is a national Electric Vehicle Training Program to upskill auto service and repair technicians and help small and medium-sized automotive service businesses remain competitive. 

Pathways to Careers in Early Childhood Education (PC-ECE)

The Pathways to Careers in Early Childhood Education (PC-ECE) program is a specialized 16-month Early Childhood Education (ECE) program launching in May 2026 in partnership with Niagara College.

Building Strong Foundations - WELD program

This program is designed for youth aged 18–29 in Peel and Halton who are interested in starting a career in the Welding Industry.

Foundations for the Future, General Carpentry Pre-Apprenticeship Program (F4F)

The program creates a clear entry point into General Carpentry careers for youth aged 18–29, with a focus on women, newcomers, and racialized youth in the Waterloo Region, with training delivered in Cambridge.

Inclusive Futures: Newcomer Women Workforce Initiative

Inclusive Futures is a workforce development program that prepares 20 newcomer women with international IT education and limited or no Canadian IT work experience for employment in Canada's technology sector.
