Employment Pathways in Canada – Health Careers is an online training and employment guidance program that supports the accreditation and employment of internationally educated healthcare professionals (Nurses, Pharmacists, Lab Technicians).

Program Highlights

• Assistance with navigating the foreign credential recognition process
• Employment-related workshops focused on the healthcare industry
• Support with developing personalized learning and career action plans, training/license, and mobility plans
• Career exploration opportunities in collaboration with healthcare partners
• Individual and group-based mentorship and coaching
• Individualized wrap-around support services
• Employment opportunities and post job supports
• Financial support to relocate to rural areas of Ontario and Alberta

• Permanent Resident, Convention Refugees or Canadian Citizen
• Legally Entitled to Work in Canada
• International experience in healthcare
• Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level 7 or higher
• Willing to consider relocating to rural areas in Ontario and Alberta
