Code of Conduct
Welcome to Achēv. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all clients, community partners and staff. In order to uphold a safe, respectful environment for all, meet our mandate and ensure efficient operations of our facilities, we ask that each individual observe the Code of Conduct Guidelines as outlined below.
Code of Conduct Guidelines include the following:
• All individuals must register as Achēv clients before using services
• All registered Achēv clients must sign in at Achēv facilities as directed by staff
• All Achēv clients are expected to demonstrate respectful language and behaviour at all times while onsite at Achēv facilities and in other interactions/communications with Achēv staff
• All equipment and resources (including computers, printers, telephones, fax machines, and photocopier) at Achēv facilities are to be used for job search and/or settlement purposes only
• Staff reserve the right to monitor all Achēv client activities (including computer, phone, photocopier, and fax use) at Achēv facilities
• All materials and resources at Achēv facilities are the property of Achēv and may not be removed
• Free printing and photocopying may be limited per visit (for photocopying, scanning and faxing, please ask the staff for assistance)
• When participating in a program, event, work placement or other Achēv service, all individuals must conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times, including during the placement with the Employer, and will not act in a manner that could affect the reputation of Achēv and/or its relationship with the Employer/Partner Organization

Failure to follow any of the above outlined guidelines may result in temporary suspension or permanent revocation of centre privileges and/or access.
