“LINC Home Study is a free English language training program, which is mostly applicable to eligible new comers to Canada. The curriculum of LINC allows you to learn about Canadian culture, the way of living etc. At least 5-7 hours of self-study per week and one 30-minute lesson per week with the instructor is essential. The basic English level for the communication in my workplace and in the community has improved day by day. A clear understanding has developed in reading and listening, the capability of speaking and writing has improved. The way of completing continuous assessments in the LINC Home Study program helps me make progress in learning English to apply effectively in my daily life. “
