  • Regular coaching and check-ins from Achēv Staff for 3 months of work opportunity, setting you and your new employee up for success.
  • A relocation subsidy might be available for certain employees for Labour Mobility. Please contact altheasamuels@achev.ca to learn about subsidies available when hiring a new employee to relocate.

 

Eligibility

Eligibility:

  • Employer in rural and northern regions of Ontario and Alberta
  • Adhere to the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the Employment Standards Act
  • Maintain appropriate Workplace Safety and Insurance Board coverage or private workplace safety insurance coverage.
  • Minimum 12-week job opportunity for participant hire
  • DEIA Inclusivity training of management, resources to enhance cultural competencies, dismantling barriers, and preparing workplaces for a culturally diverse workforce.
