The Connection, Acceptance, Resource, Empowerment (CARE) program, funded by Region of Peel, is designed to strengthen the well‑being and resilience of eligible residents in Peel region. CARE provides personalized mental health support and referrals to comprehensive services based on individuals’ diverse needs.
The program prioritizes holistic well-being and strengthens meaningful community services pathways, ensuring individuals achieve stability, independence, and long‑term resilience.
What CARE Offers:
- Tailored case management
- Mental health counselling
- Navigation support (such as employment services, language services, life skills programs, etc.)
- Advocacy
Eligibility
- Reside in the Region of Peel.
- Currently receiving Ontario Works (OW), Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), or Region of Peel Human Services supports.
