COST-FREE COUNSELLING SERVICES

One-on-one mental health support for those impacted by, in crisis, or at risk of intimate partner or gender-based violence.

Stronger Together provides a referral pathway to cost-free mental health support and confidential one-on-one counselling for individuals impacted by, in crisis, or at risk of intimate partner violence (IPV) or gender-based violence (GBV).

Up to 8 counselling sessions
In-person, online, or safe community space (convenient location chosen by the client)
Access to peer support groups with shared lived experiences
Client care packages available for distribution
Transportation and childcare support provided upon request (for eligible clients)
Case management and tailored connections to additional resources
Referrals to community-based services, including settlement, legal, employment, and more

Interpreter services are available; our counsellors also speak English, French, Macedonian, Serbian, Farsi, Turkish, and Azerbaijani.

Eligibility

We welcome individuals of all genders, ages, backgrounds, and residency groups.

Available across the Greater Toronto Area, including Halton, York, Durham, and Peel regions
