The Paving the Way for Immigrant and Racialized Women project seeks systemic change to advance women’s economic security and prosperity. This project has been funded through Women and Gender Equality Canada’s Women’s Program. The 33-month project addresses barriers to entry, retention, and success in the workplace for Immigrant and Racialized Women by engaging and working with employer organizations to implement Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) practices and principles.

Strengthen your organization’s DEIA efforts through fully funded training and support. Led by our Senior Project DEIA Lead, we support organizations:

  • Learn about how to support neurodivergent employees and navigate conflict in the workplace through live sessions or asynchronous learning opportunities
  • Conduct policy and processes analysis from a DEIA lens providing a report outlining areas of strength, areas for improvement and recommendations
  • Provide resources and assistance to help start an Employee Resource Group (ERG) to provide spaces for equity-deserving groups to build community and thrive
  • Provide resources and assistance to help start a DEIA Committee that acts to govern and lead DEIA initiatives aligned with your organizational mission

Do you want to make an impact in your organization by implementing DEIA practices and principles through a fully funded partnership?

Achēv can support you, contact us today at ptw@achev.ca and our team will be in touch with you.
