The Paving the Way for Immigrant and Racialized Women project seeks systemic change to advance women’s economic security and prosperity. This project has been funded through Women and Gender Equality Canada’s Women’s Program. The 21-month project addresses barriers to the entry, retention, and success in the workplace for Immigrant and Racialized Women by engaging and working with employer organizations to implement Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) practices and principles.

Program highlights:

  • Engage and work with employer organizations in Ontario to address inequities through a series of tailored workshops on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) and customized assessment frameworks.
  • Consult Immigrant and Racialized Women for their inputs while providing exclusive information sessions.

Do you want to make an impact in your organization by implementing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) practices and principles at No-Cost?
