Funded by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada, the National LINC Curriculum Guidelines (NLCG) is a practical and comprehensive tool for LINC instructors and administrators seeking to develop modernized LINC curriculum for EAL literacy to CLB 8. They are informed by guiding principles, aligned with PBLA, and are informed by experts in equity, diversity, inclusion and Indigenization.

The website is an easy-to-use tool that better equips curriculum developers navigate and apply existing and new standards, methodologies and resources to create content that meets local learner needs through 21st century themes and Real-World Tasks.

Ultimately, the NLCG enables development of language training content to help newcomers improve their official language skills, increase their autonomy and achieve greater community mindedness.
