    • 1 week of pre-employment training

Our Employer Liaison works closely with you throughout the placement to ensure a smooth and successful experience for both your organization and the participant.

We welcome the opportunity to connect and discuss how an 8‑week placement can support your hiring needs. Join us in shaping the future of the skilled trades while strengthening your workforce.
