Workforce Pathways for Women in Senior Healthcare is a free employment program that can prepare and support you in securing a high-demand job.

The program offers a solution to upskill and place women including immigrant and racialized women into sustainable careers in the senior healthcare sector. Including retirement homes and long-term care facilities. in roles such as Dietary Aide, and Housekeeping Staff.

Program Highlights:

• 4 weeks of online skills training, including ORCA training and Food Handler Certificate
• Coaching to facilitate the transition to direct employment with dedicated employer partners
• Job onboarding support to ensure the success of long-term employment

In partnership with ORCA – Ontario Retirement Communities Association and Ontario Long-Term Care Association.
