For a CLB 3 eLearning unit: 3-6 hours for self-directed; 15-20 hours for blended. For a CLB 4 eLearning unit: 7-10 hours for self-directed; 20-30 hours for blended For a CLB 4 eLearning unit: 10-13 hours for self-directed; 30-40 hours for blended.

These estimates are based on feedback aggregated from previous user testing initiatives.

The courseware is versatile, so it can be used as self-directed, which means the learner can complete the eLearning independently. Or, it can be used in a blended or synchronous classroom environment.

eLearning units are accessible through Avenue’s course builder. You will require Avenue credentials to log in with your personal Avenue account to use NLOC content in your LINC program. To create an account, don’t hesitate to contact admin@learnittoteach.ca for assistance. If you are a LINC student, you must be part of a LINC program where your instructor can use Avenue in their programming. Contact your instructor to determine whether you can access the eLearning units for your learning.
