Eligibility Criteria:
- Permanent Residents or Convention Refugees with a valid PR card, Confirmation of PR, or Notice of Decision or CUAET visa holder
- Able to read, write, and speak English (Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level 5))
- Up-to-date resume
