The Healthcare Integration and Career Advancement Program (HICAP) is a 26-week program that combines online academic training from Toronto Metropolitan University with employment support from Achēv. This program is designed to help internationally educated professionals transition into non-licensed healthcare administrative roles such as Healthcare Administrator, Project Coordinator (Health Sector), and Scheduling Supervisor.

Registration is now open for the next cohort starting in September.
