Code of Conduct
At Achēv, we believe in the dignity of every individual and are dedicated to creating a safe, courteous, & respectful environment for staff, clients and partners. Abusive language, threats, or discriminatory behavior are strictly prohibited and will be addressed promptly and appropriately. The following standards apply to all interactions, both in-person and online:
Registration
• Clients must register before using Achēv services.
• Registered clients must also sign in at facilities for each visit.
Respect and Professional Conduct
• Treat everyone, including staff, with courtesy and respect at all times.
• Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language or behavior—verbal, written, or physical—is strictly prohibited.
• Maintain conduct that upholds Achēv’s reputation and relationships with funders, employers, and other partners.
• Requests of a discriminatory nature will not be accepted.
Facility and Resource Use
• Equipment & resources are for job search & settlement purposes only.
• Staff may monitor resource usage to ensure compliance.
Consequences of Non-Compliance
• Failure to follow these guidelines may result in temporary or permanent loss of access to Achēv services and facilities.
