How do I download the Achēv app?

To download the app, visit the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store and choose download!

You can download the mobile app on iOS version 13.4 or higher, and on Android version 4.1 or higher. Please note that the mobile app is only available in Canada.

How do I create an account?

To create an account:
1- Download the Achēv app.
2- Open the app and enter your email when prompted.
3- Enter your name, create a password, and fill in the required details.
4-Verify your email address by entering the code sent to your inbox.
5- You’ve created your account!

If you encounter issues, ensure you’re using a valid email address and that your password meets the required criteria.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

If you’ve forgotten your password:
1- Enter your email address.
2- Tap on the “Forgot Password?” link on the login screen.
3- Enter your registered email address and submit.
4- Check your email for a confirmation code and enter the confirmation code in the app.
5- Create a new password and log in with your updated credentials.

I did not receive my confirmation code. What should I do?

If you did not receive your confirmation code to your email inbox:
1- Check your Junk or Spam Folder of your email.
2- Return to the previous screens on the mobile app and ensure that you entered your email correctly.
3- If you have still not received your confirmation code, please close the mobile app and then re-try creating your account.
