The Paving the Way for Immigrant and Racialized Women project seeks systemic change to advance women’s economic security and prosperity. This project has been funded through Women and Gender Equality Canada's Women's Program. The 21-month project addresses barriers to the entry, retention, and success in the workplace for Immigrant and Racialized Women by engaging and working with employer organizations to implement Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) practices and principles.

Implement Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) Practices at No Cost.

Strengthen your organization’s DEIA efforts through fully funded training and support. Gain valuable insights through direct engagement with immigrant and racialized professionals, with a Gender-Based Analysis Plus (GBA Plus) lens that recognizes diverse experiences and systemic barriers.

How We Support Organizations:

  • Enhance workplace inclusivity through a tailored DEIA workshop with flexible scheduling.
  • Access to assessment frameworks to address workplace inequities.
  • Strengthen your workplace with DEIA strategies and research-based resources.
  • Diversify your workforce to foster innovation and engagement while ensuring equitable opportunities for all.

Do you want to make an impact in your organization by implementing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) practices and principles at No-Cost?
