This free virtual training will cover the following topics:
- How to process sales, scan items, apply discounts and initiate returns
- Master the language needed to be successful in a customer service position
- Have your retail and employment-related questions answered

Must be Permanent Resident, Convention Refugee, CUAET. Certificate of attendance is provided upon completion.
