This year’s report celebrates 35 years of impact and highlights the people, partnerships and programs that continue to strengthen communities and build a more inclusive economy across Canada.

Our theme, Built for This, speaks to who we are as an organization. At a time of economic uncertainty, workforce shortages and rapid change, Achēv continues to connect people with the employment, settlement, language and community supports they need to succeed. We are helping internationally educated healthcare professionals launch careers in underserved communities, empowering survivors of gender-based violence to rebuild their futures and supporting employers in finding and retaining the talent they need to grow.

Highlights from our 2025-2026 Impact Report include:

• Serving more than 67,000 clients 

• Supporting over 37,000 women and girls 

• Conducting more than 23,000 language assessments 

• Working with more than 4,500 employers
