SENIORS ENGAGE & THRIVE (SET)

SET helps Immigrant, racialized, and low-income seniors in Peel & Halton regions to stay active, informed, & socially connected.

Seniors Engage & Thrive (SET) program provides activities and information to support seniors’ engagement in their community by offering meaningful opportunities to educated and stay connected through programs co-developed by seniors for seniors.

The program offers:

• Senior Volunteer Training
• Social Support Activities
• Tours & Outdoor Activities
• Digital Literacy & Supports
• Truth & Reconciliation Awareness
• Conversation Circles
