Inclusive Futures is a workforce development program for 20 newcomer women with international IT education and limited or no Canadian IT work experience. This program prepares participants for employment in Canada's technology sector. Participants are expected to commit approximately 8-12 hours per week, including weekends, during the program delivery.

- Wraparound supports to reduce systemic barriers (transportation, coaching, certification support)
Eligibility
- Newcomer woman living in Toronto, Mississauga or Brampton
- Permanent Resident, Canadian Citizen or Convention Refugee (less than 10 years in Canada)
- Legally entitled to work in Canada (Valid Work Permit)
- Obtained IT education (post-secondary degree, diploma or bachelor's)
- Minimum 1 – 2 years of international experience
- Currently unemployed, underemployed or working outside IT
- Language proficiency CLB level 7
Eligible applicants must also complete a suitability interview with Achev before being considered for the program. Space is limited to 20 participants only.
