WCEP conducts workshops, networking sessions, and group meetings, offering customized services, tools and resources that include:
- Educating and encouraging women’s involvement in discussions, workshops, and community events.
- Facilitating information and guidance on a broad range of topics (cultural integration, education, parenting, employment, mental health, social services, housing, legal, etc.) and ensuring referral and access.
- Enabling opportunities for women to build awareness of their issues, concerns, and abilities among the mainstream culture
- Empowering women (developing their communication and leadership skills) while creating a more inclusive environment
- Highlighting the importance of community engagement and service opportunities.
