This 8-week comprehensive modular housing training program designed to empower tomorrow’s workforce and revolutionize the housing industry.
Revolutionizing Workforce Housing Development Program Features:
- Learn essential skills in modular housing construction, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, insulation, welding, and HVAC
- Gain knowledge in health and safety practices for construction environments
- Receive 4 weeks of Safe Intro to Factory Construction training followed by 4 weeks of paid hands-on experience (on-site in Cambridge area)

Eligibility
- Must be located in Cambridge & Kitchener
- Access to reliable transportation
- 16-30 years old
- Eligible to work in Canada (have SIN or Work Permit)
- Interested in the Skilled Trades industry
- Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) level 7 or higher
- Must be able to commit 8 weeks to the program
