Empowering the next generation of Skilled Trade workers with job readiness training and paid hands-on training to build modular housing.

This 6-week comprehensive modular housing training program designed to empower tomorrow’s workforce and revolutionize the housing industry.

Revolutionizing Workforce Housing Development Program Features:

• Learn essential skills in modular housing construction, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, insulation, welding, and HVAC
• Gain knowledge in health and safety practices for construction environments
• Receive 3 Weeks of In-Class Training followed by 3 Weeks of Hands-on Experience with Tools (on-site in Cambridge area) 

Information sessions are held every Tuesday and Thursday at 2 p.m. Register to attend and learn more.

• Must be located in Cambridge & Kitchener
• Access to reliable transportation
• 16-30 years old
• Eligible to work in Canada (have SIN or Work Permit)
• Interested in the Skilled Trades industry
• Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) level 7 or higher
• Must be able to commit 6 weeks to the program
