This Achēv’s 8-week comprehensive modular housing training program designed to empower tomorrow’s workforce and revolutionize the housing industry.

Program Features:

  • Learn essential skills in modular housing construction, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, insulation, welding, and HVAC
  • Gain knowledge in health and safety practices for construction environments
  • Receive 4 weeks of Safe Intro to Factory Construction training followed by 4 weeks of paid hands-on experience (on-site in Cambridge area)

Information sessions happening every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday at 1:00 p.m., starting on April 30.

Eligibility
  • For newcomers to Canada (less than 5 years)
  • Participants must be aged 18 and older
  • Must be interested in entering the Skilled Trades industry
  • Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7 proficiency required
  • Access to reliable transportation and ability to travel daily to Cambridge area
