The Preparing Women & Workplaces for Success (PWWS) is a project that is funded in part by the Government of Canada’s Women Employment Readiness Pilot Program.

Goal: The prime goal of the training is to work closely with employers, testing various methods to eliminate the barriers faced by racialized women in the workplace. This, in turn, leads to an enhanced level of workplace inclusivity, improved access to employment and retention in the work.

How the goal is achieved: It offers free and tailored DEIA (diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility) training and workshops to organizations.

Milestone and Feedback: In the past 12 months, the program has delivered training/workshops/coaching to teams from 10 different employers in Ontario, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan. These initiatives have yielded remarkable and highly encouraging results in their commitment to diversity and inclusivity.

Catch: DEIA training and workshops offered by PWWS are entirely free, since the government funds this initiative to advance diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility in organizations.

Need and Request: This Program is looking for two organizations/employers within Ontario with a headcount of employees ranging from 5 to 500 (preferably) to be part of our project as partners and avail free DEI trainings/workshops.
