Are you looking to improve workplace inclusivity and access to employment for racialized or newcomer women?

The program will support employers to:

  • - Participate in intensive and impactful free DEIA workshops (virtual and in-person)
  • - Gain access to key resources to develop diversity, equity and inclusion policies and charters
  • - Receive technical support with DEIA plan development, implementation and evaluation
  • - Conduct individual and team assessments
  • - Maintain higher employee engagement and retention
  •  

Eligibility:

  • - Willingness and commitment to actively participate in DEI activities
  • - Ability to leverage resources to increase cultural competencies.
  • - Readiness to work with culturally diverse employees
