Michael Hsu

Senior Vice President of Client Services, Achēv

Michael Hsu is the Senior Vice President of Client Services, where he is responsible for leading Programs and Services, Business Development, and innovation, delivering seamless service experience to over 100,000 clients.

Michael brings over 20 years of experience in client services, change management, data analytics, and global operations.  Prior to joining Achēv in 2023, he held pivotal leadership roles at industry-leading organizations such as IBM, Ceridian and VidCruiter.  During his tenure, Michael displayed transformational leadership, successfully building new service teams from the ground up, spearheading complex, global, cross-functional teams to achieve top NPS results, and launching differentiated service revenue streams.

Michael is a firm believer in delivering seamless, frictionless client experience through fostering a collaborative people-first culture, cultivating strong partnerships with stakeholders and partners, and investing in innovation.

Michael holds a (Hon) Bachelor of Science Degree from University of Toronto.  Michael is passionate about giving back to the community, so you might find him participating in CS programs and initiatives, as well as mentoring aspiring professionals.  He is also a member of an Advisory Council for York University since 2023.
