Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) is an English language training program funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). It provides free distance education for eligible newcomers to Canada who cannot attend LINC classes in person in provinces other than Quebec and Ontario.

Our virtual program combines self study, 5-7 hours per week, with a 30-minute weekly call with a TESL-certified instructor that will accommodate your schedule. You could increase your listening, speaking, reading, or writing skills by one level in approximately 6 months.

• - Permanent Resident. Convention Refugee or Ukrainian Temporary Resident
• - Resident of Canada (except for Quebec and Ontario)
• - Over 18 years of age
• - Unable to attend other government-funded language training program
• - A minimum Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) score of 3 for Listening and Speaking and a score of 2 for Reading and Writing
