There are two common issues that might be causing this problem:
a) Students’ mobile browsers may be blocking pop-ups. Since SCORM opens in a new window, it won’t load unless pop-ups from Avenue.ca are allowed. This is a one-time setting adjustment, and students need to ensure pop-ups from Avenue.ca are always permitted.
b) SCORMs are set to be viewed in landscape mode on mobile devices. For the best experience and usability, students should enable autorotate feature on their phones.
