• 1-year minimum experience in sales, customer service or call center
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to connect with customers
• Technical skills to navigate multiple online platforms simultaneously
• Experience using Microsoft Tools such as Teams, Outlook, and Office 365
• The ability to work from home in a dedicated, quiet space, free from distraction. USB Headset with microphone
• An available modem to connect directly via ethernet cable
• The availability to work a full-time, 40-hour work week during the business hours of 7 a.m. -11 p.m. EST
