In this free virtual cash register training, you will:
- Learn how to process sales, scan items, apply discounts and initiate returns
- Master the language needed to be successful in a customer service environment
- Learn what employers are looking for in an employee
- Have your retail and employment-related questions answered
Certificate of attendance is provided upon completion of the entire training.
**Eligibility: Training open to Newcomer women with status as ‘Permanent Resident’ or ‘Convention Refugee’ only
