Customer Service: Virtual Employability Workshop for Women

Four-day workshop from January 23 – 26

The workshop will teach you how to deal with customer complaints, maintain a positive attitude that makes others feel understood, and build customer loyalty by providing excellent customer care. Topics include:

  • Building rapport
  • Measuring customer satisfaction
  • Necessary communication skills to make you a successful customer service representative

This event will be delivered in collaboration with The Learning Place.
