Cultural Inclusion Workshop for Leaders

Achēv has partnered with Canadian Western Bank to offer a complimentary workshop to current and aspiring people leaders who want to learn more about how racism and discrimination impact newcomers in the workplace, and how to become more inclusive leaders.

Participants will increase their understanding of cultural inclusion, hear about lived experiences of newcomers, and participate in a discussion around how they can take action to become more effective leaders and allies for newcomers to Canada.

All participants will receive a digital badge to recognize their participation and commitment to inclusive leadership.
