- Open to: Low income newcomer families
- Eligibility:
- Permanent Resident, Convention Refugee and Temporary Resident under CUAET visa
- New to Canada / New Occupant within 12 months of arrival date
- Service area: Toronto (Postal code starting with “M”), Brampton, Oakville, Mississauga, Markham, Richmond Hill, Thornhill, Vaughan, Aurora and Woodbridge
- Flat Fee: $300 non-refundable per delivery
- In-person appointment to choose items
- One appointment per family or residence
